The Vasse Felix Idée Fixe is the result of a decades long fixation (hence the name!) with sparkling winemaking, and now a specialist Blanc de Blancs house right in the heart of the Margaret River wine region exists to tickle ALL our fancies (and our noses, god love those beautifully fine methode traditionelle bubbles). We've paired the best with the best - elegant white chocolate with crushed cardamon & rose petals from Sue Lewis, and simply stunning bath oil shots by Nina Bailey, laden with blooms for a truly luxurious bathing experience.

The Premier Brut’s natural personality is celebrated through a conscious approach to make a base Chardonnay of great integrity, to be accentuated with bubbles. The unmistakable DNA of southern Margaret River Chardonnay and its cool, coastal influence runs through the Premier Brut’s core. A beguiling waft of struck match fades to reveal a bouquet of ocean sea spray, Coastal Rosemary, lemon rind and crisp apple with nuances of tempting patisserie aromas. A mouthcoating, citrus-infused acidity completes the powerful, quenching and persistent salt-flaked finish.

A chef by trade, Sue Lewis learnt the art of chocolate making in London under the direction of master chocolatier Paul A Young, and now runs her own beautiful shop in Perth's State Buildings. Her chocolates are made using the world’s finest ethically sourced couvertures blended with local, seasonal, often organic produce. They contain no preservatives and are lower in sugar!
