Wilyabrup Semillon with a fragrant nose, giving lovely lemon curd notes and undeniably elegant. For the wine nerds: The fruit is given skin contact overnight with Merritt's Chenin to add a layer of chalky texture - it's then wild fermented with solids and aged on fine lees in tank. Bottled without fining or filtration.
